These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tg9999 platform (www.tg9999.ws) and all its services. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on tg9999, you are deemed to have agreed to each clause of these Terms.

Tg9999 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. You can make deposits through the following options:

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension if detected.

Tg9999 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are entirely at that provider's discretion.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from tg9999:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳50,000) may require additional verification and take longer to process.
• Withdrawals are capped at ৳2,00,000 per day and ৳5,00,000 per week.

Any winnings earned using a bonus are subject to the bonus's specific wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made. Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those wagering requirements have been fully met.

Tg9999 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which you should read carefully before claiming. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 40x.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. If tg9999 reasonably suspects that a member is systematically exploiting bonuses or engaging in bonus abuse, tg9999 reserves the right to void that account's bonuses and suspend the account.

The following general rules apply when placing bets at tg9999. Each game or betting market also has its own detailed rules, which can be found in the relevant section.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical issue, tg9999 reserves the right to void the round and refund the stake.
• Tg9999 is committed to fair and transparent betting. All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the stake will be refunded.
• Tg9999 is not liable for any bets that are not accepted during live betting due to internet latency.

Tg9999's decisions are final in all disputes. That said, we always review every complaint fairly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg9999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action:

• Fraud, cheating, or unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or any form of advantage play.
• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform for personal gain.
• Unauthorized use of the tg9999 brand, logo, or trademarks.

Tg9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• If there is reason to suspect fraudulent financial activity or money laundering.
• If evidence of underage use is found.
• If there is evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.

Before closing an account, tg9999 will generally notify the member by email and give them an opportunity to respond. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

You may close your account at any time. Upon verification, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to you.
